This is a good performing enclosure! I've had it now for 7 months and it has been operating flawlessly! In the video I show you how I put mines together and it working connected to my computer system.

I was originally leaning towards a Nexstar 3 enclosure but decided I was far too low-cost to cop the additional couple of bucks. I ordered this case, received it reasonably speedy for free of charge shipping, and had no problems with it. It got luke warm in the approach of copying more than 12 gigs of data. Runs flawlessly with a Maxtor Diamondmax 7200rpm 200GB tough drive. Solid aluminum case with a tight fit. The only 3 feasible flaws are:
1) Lack of clear directions (I thought it was accurate plug and play such as a flash drive...but I had to use my Maxtor CD to set it up)
two) LED Cable is a compact discomfort the butt. A non-problem as soon as you place it in if you strategy to preserve one particular drive in all the time like I do.
3) Screws to assemble the case appear to be self-tapping? This is an problem for some. Just screw it in straight the 1st time and it is a non-problem as properly.
Overall: Amazing design (smaller than some three.five" enclosures) and performance...specially for the dollars.
